Subhash Kelkar is a veteran electrical engineer with over 33 years of experience at MSETCL (Mahatransco). A former Executive Director of Operations, he also held additional charge of Human Resources, demonstrating a unique blend of technical mastery and organizational leadership.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Kelkar has served in critical leadership roles, including Chief Engineer of the State Load Dispatch Center (Kalwa) and Chief Engineer of State Transmission Planning (Mumbai). His deep technical expertise spans the testing, operations, and maintenance of 220kV to 400kV networks, having previously headed the EHV O&M Circle in Kalwa. He brings unparalleled insight into large-scale grid stability and transmission infrastructure.
